The use of Rose in beauty and cosmetics dates back to ancient times.... and with good reason! Both the petals and the hips (the fruit) can enhance the texture and appearance of the skin by supporting healthy cell development, minimizing inflammation, and toning the pores - resulting in a youthful & radiant glow. From the era of Greek goddesses to modern times, women and men have been reaping the benefits of this powerful flower by incorporating rose infused products into their skincare routine. (see rose recipes below )

The properties of this incredible plant goes even deeper than the skin's surface. When consumed internally, the petals can be helpful in regards to the GI tract, mucous membranes, and female reproductive system. Extracts from the hips however, are better suited for tissue repair and digestive discomfort.

The fragrance of Rose has been highly sought after for thousands of years and it's still a key ingredient in many perfumes throughout the world today! But beyond the  intoxicating body sprays and hand lotions, the unmistakable scent of Rose is quickly becoming well known for its ability to uplift the mood and reduce stress. People that suffer with depression, ppd, ptsd, trauma, and grief will find this remedy especially comforting during distressing times. Energetically, this flower holds us with compassion ... carefully mending our tender & broken hearts.
